Greetings! I'm thrilled to introduce myself as a yoga tutor. As an Occupational therapist and an ardent yoga enthusiast, I bring a unique blend of knowledge and passion to our sessions.

Techniques: I guide you through precise asanas, promoting safe practice. My lessons emphasize posture correction for optimal benefit.
Teaching Methodology: Classes, each lasting an hour, weave mindfulness into every movement, helping you find balance in body and mind.
Target Audience: All ages welcome! From age 4 to adults and elderly, my diverse experience enables tailored sessions.
