Individual yoga lessons for stress relief, emotional balance, physical well-being, and personal development. Over 20 years of experience. Based in Wiesbaden and available online worldwide. My yoga is tailored to your needs: calm or dynamic, gentle or powerful. This is why it's so effective for stress management, emotional stability, increased flexibility, inner clarity, and joy. In one-on-one sessions, I customize each class to your specific requirements – no pressure to perform, no "higher, faster, further," but a practice that meets you exactly where you are. If you feel you'd like deeper, more personal guidance to practice yoga safely and correctly and to progress further, I look forward to meeting you.
