About Sienna
I’m a yoga, Pilates and somatic movement teacher with an international background teaching in studios, retreats, luxury wellness spaces and private settings across Australia, Bali and now London. My teaching brings together strength, mindfulness, nervous system support and intentional movement to help people feel more connected, grounded and confident within themselves.
I genuinely love teaching because I’ve personally experienced how transformative these practices can be — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. My goal is to create sessions that feel welcoming, supportive and enjoyable, whether someone is completely new to movement or has years of experience.
My classes range from dynamic and energising to slow and restorative, always with a warm, encouraging and down-to-earth approach. I want clients to leave not only feeling stronger and more mobile, but calmer, more present and more at home in their bodies.

I teach private yoga, Pilates and somatic movement sessions designed to support both physical strength and mental wellbeing. My approach blends dynamic movement, mindfulness, breathwork and nervous system awareness to create classes that are grounding, uplifting and tailored to each individual client.
I work with all levels — from complete beginners to experienced practitioners — and always adapt sessions to your goals, energy levels and experience. Whether you’re looking to build strength and mobility, reduce stress, improve flexibility, deepen your practice or simply reconnect with yourself, sessions are designed to feel supportive, accessible and enjoyable.
I have trained extensively across yoga, Pilates, meditation, Ayurveda and trauma-informed somatics, with experience teaching in studios, luxury wellness spaces, retreats and private settings internationally. My classes range from strong and energising flows to restorative and deeply calming practices, always with a warm, down-to-earth and encouraging teaching style.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes, with the option for 75 or 90-minute sessions depending on your goals. I teach all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners, and welcome adults of all ages.
