About Ravindra
I am a certified yoga teacher by renowned yoga institute and university in India. I also have 500 hours YA certificate. I am teaching in India (Rishikesh, Delhi, Mumbai) and overseas (U.K. and U.S.A.) from last 10+ years. I am qualified to teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Meditation, kundalini yoga, Patanjali yoga, Shatkarma and yoga for cells rejuvenation.
I believes in "Yogas Chitta Vritti Nirodha" means to pull together, to bind together; to unite. In yoga it means to create union between body, mind, soul, and the universal consciousness. I loves to keep learning everyday and love to guide my students into the path of yoga. I believe to leave you relaxed, stretched out, strengthened and completely at peace after each class. To practice yoga is a lifelong journey towards yourself, and towards everything.

My classes are bound to leave you relaxed, stretched out, strengthened and completely at peace. Classes are composed of sukshma Vyayama, Hatha Yoga,Vinyasa yoga, Ashtanga yoga, pranayama and kundalini meditation. Classes are structured for individual health and recreation. Issues like anxiety, stress, fear, excess weight, injuries are attended very effectively. Your ability to trust your own inner, grows with guidance while practicing yoga. At Ravindram yoga we help you embark on path of self-realization. Yoga practice is a method for developing wholeness within as well as and connecting with your personal truth.
