About Claire
I’m a passionate plant-based chef and REHIS-accredited tutor with experience teaching online and in community cookery sessions across central Scotland. Trained at the award-winning Ashoka Cook School and with a strong background in food safety and development, I combine expertise with friendly, step-by-step guidance to help students gain confidence and enjoy cooking delicious, healthy meals from scratch.
