About Annette
Yoga to me is more than a practice that happens on the mat. It translate into life on and off the mat. I love watching people come back week after week to feel that connection to themselves, to their breath and bodies and hopefully hold that feeling of peace to some level until their next session. I hope to share with my students not just asana, the postures but also more philosophy and being able to conquer what is holding them back from being their best selves.

When working with a new student I like to go over where they currently are in life, mentally, physically and emotionally. Yoga doesn't just deal with the physical body but works with the person as a whole. Then I would create a tailored program, created just for them and their new journey to a better self!
