About Dr Kirsten
Many women that struggle with food addiction and emotional eating are looking for the missing piece to their puzzle without calorie counting or strenuous exercise. After losing my mother to obesity and food addiction, I created the first online scientific study that helped women overcome food addiction symptoms such as overeating, emotional eating, and food cravings in 4 weeks. I specialize in white-glove service by delivering an all-in-one solution - food, fitness, and psychology to shift your mindset and infuse your life with tailor-made solutions to your problems.

First: Take time to chat and learn about your life and what could be draining your energy towards your health and fitness goals in the following areas: Career, family and friends, health, relationships, money, hobbies, spirituality, and physical environment.
Second: Ask powerful questions to uncover limiting beliefs, values, and hidden behaviors that sabotage your goals.
Third: Create a tailor-made plan that will help unlock your hidden potential.
Fourth: Create specialized supplemental videos after our meeting to cover any areas missed and to elaborate on any topics covered to make your life easier and save time.
Fifth: Student reviews and implements recommended steps.
Sixth: Meet with the student within five to seven days to determine the next steps and progress.
