About Rebecca
Rebecca does more than offer standard movement. She works with where a client's body and mind are at from their first session and builds accordingly to their needs, in order to maintain consistent growth and change.
Teaching fitness and wellness for over 20 years, Rebecca incorporates her various training disciplines seemlessly into tailormade sessions, whether private or in a group. Yoga, Meditation, Pilates, HIIT and microToning are some of the options one can expect in a training session with her. Again, these sessions are designed to be tailor made for the client.
Rebecca is a current E-RYT with Yoga Alliance and is in training to be an Ayurvedic Counselor and Therapist for those wishing to incorporate a more effective and nourishing approach to their personal diet and overall wellbeing. She currently teaches at the University of Utah, managing their yoga teacher trainings. R.Davenport at utah dot edu to reach her directly.

I want to share this amazment with anyone who is willing to discover how strong and resilient their body (and mind) is, starting with the current state they may find themselves in. As long as you're willing to try, you're going somewhere.
Discovered I had a knack for teaching when I stepped in for a missing step aerobics instructor one day while going to a class, over 20 years ago. The rest is history!
