About Preet

I am also a Licensed massage therapist and offer massage and body treatment services. Certified with yoga alliance here in houston, , bachelors degree in education of yog from india, ayurveda certification from india, a licensed massage therapist , certified laughter yoga teacher, bangalore, India, dance and yoga teacher training from Hollywood, California, a certified Pranic healer. The practise and coaching included dietary, lifestyle, suggestions, massage, ayurveda natural treatments for diseases and beauty. Pregnancy massages, baby massages, meditation, life coaching, My yoga practise combined with studies of yoga and ayurveda are from India and being Indian, my yoga had he true essence of traditional Yoga grounded in the roots and living in US for 18 years have a keenunderstanding and experience of the pulse of life here as we live it, hopefully with love and light in our hearts.
The holistic health that is incorporated in my students mind, body and spirit is the most fulfilling esperience. making this wirls a healthier, happier place one person at a time.
When I realised the benefits of yoga and the secrets unfolded in my practise. I realised it is truly the need of our times that are filled with stress, anxiety and fast paced lives can with yoga bring about a balance to infuse peace and happiness.
