About Anna
Anna Zehringer is a 700+ Hour International Yoga Teacher, specializing in meditation yoga. Anna's teaching's are focused on self love, gentleness, coming into the eternal Self, and realizing the true essence of being. Her asana classes can be described as Hatha Flow, Chakra Yoga (energy center awareness), breath work, meditation, and restoring. Her goal is to help people develop their own personal practice to bring mindfulness into their everyday life and find peace of mind.
