About Pam
What makes my service exceptional is the personal coaching and behavioral science background I bring to work with clients as both Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer. "I design your class to fit you rather than attempting to make you fit a certain style, speed or brand of yoga."
I help my clients set goals and take steps to achieve them.
I've been teaching yoga for 9 years and practicing for 18. My practice is so personal that I use it as a step to meditation which is key to staying healthy for me.
I love to teach and try to learn one new thing I can improve on each time I come to a space to teach. I am grateful everyday for my life and the extraordinary people I have met in my practice and in my role as Teacher or Trainer.
I have led 6 200 hour Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher Trainings and have learned so much from each experience.
