About Danielle
Outdoor fitness, on a working organic farm. Strength and conditioning with mind, body, and breath. I have training and academic credentials in behavior change strategies, functional movement, and wilderness medicine.
I have experienced pain and suffering through labor work, pregnancies, and life. Yet I enjoy being strong and happy in my body. Our bodies are gifts we are given to live, work and be in this world. I really like sharing systems for preventing injury and recovering from the basic wear and tear of daily life. It brings me so much joy to see others also experience the relief and empowerment of, through, and in their body.
Studied Midwifery in 2003, really enjoyed the health teacher training aspect. In 2013 studied Health and Fitness at Skagit Valley College and interned at United General Medical Fitness as well as at a residential treatment facility for substance abuse.
American Council on Exercise Personal Trainer, Health Coach and group fitness instructor.
American College of Sports Medicine Physical Activity in Public Health Specialist
Graduated 2013 Skagit Valley College Health & Fitness Specialist
Graduated 2017 Bachelor of Art's interdisciplinary , Recreation degree: community, ecotourism, outdoor behavioral therapy, Health politics, addiction science.
