About Nina
I get a lot of new clients who are skeptical about the benefits of yoga, or they are uncertain about their abilities. My favorite thing about teaching yoga is the positive change in the attitude of clients who start to see and feel a difference in their overall mental and physical health. Yoga is not about how far you push yourself in a pose; if all you have done is breathe, then you are where you are supposed to be.

Nina was very down to earth, made it easy for a novice like myself. You could tell she is a good soul and has a caring heart.
I enjoyed my first yoga session with Nina. She is awesome and she knows everything about yoga. She is the first person I will go to if I have any questions about yoga. I will refer her to anyone that’s asks for any yoga sessions.
Nina is very personable and fun to be around. She has a great energy about her and directed our yoga session to perfection. She really knows her stuff!
She is so patient and detailed with her yoga teachings where it makes the class feel so relaxed.
I liked the way she taught the class.
She’s very patient, she allows you to work through the yoga positions with what makes you comfortable. She has a calm soothing voice. I really loved my yoga experience with her.
