About Allie
I have practiced yoga since 2013 and have been certified to teach since 2020. My passion is to bring the same mental clarity and joy I find with my practice to as many people as I can. From splits and inversions to gentle flow and meditation, I look forward in helping you achieve all of your yogi goals. Namaste, friends.
I strive to be attentive and caring in all that I do and this translates to my teaching style. Minor hands-on adjustments and clear cues to ensure you can move through your flow with ease and no chance for injury.
After putting my gymnastics career behind me due to injuries, I was looking for something to keep me busy. I first found bikram yoga- which was challenging and exciting. After a year or so of that, I started taking yin and ashtanga classes which slowed down the practice and allowed me to focus on the entire mind, body and soul connection. I quickly found a passion in this and wanted to help others feel the same way. I sought my certification and began teaching shortly after.
I was a competitive gymnast for 10 years and have an understanding of physical therapy as well as sports therapy which I can integrate within sessions as needed per client.

I would ask my client what their goals are and tailor each session to meet those needs.
I have worked with children, expecting moms, athletes, and beginners.
I would recommend seeking a teacher who can understand your goals and support you.

Allie was very attentive and made me feel comfortable with my skillset. She even recommended poses that would help me progress through my yoga journey.
Allie was attentive in our session and helped relieve the lower back pain I have been dealing with from sitting in an office chair every day. She also taught me poses to do before bed to help alleviate the pain daily.
