About Kathleen
I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Accessible Yoga certified with a Master's in Clinical Counseling. I specialize in movement and enjoy being able to help people despite challenges they may face. My knowledge allows me to see the body as a whole when meeting your needs during yoga and after. I believe that variations and assistance are not signs of weakness but a sign of strength in learning your body. My goal is to help others continue to learn about themselves on and off the mat. I have taught a variety of individuals including children and adults, bringing accessibility for all. Regardless of someone's ability I help people see that yoga is for all bodies. Let's start by meeting you where you're at.
I am passionate about supporting individuals to live fulfilling lives. Yoga and self-care have become a huge part of my life and I was able to find how meaningful it is not only in my own life but also in the lives of those I work with. When I see someone, I don't see them for their limitations but for their abilities. I enjoy extending my work and knowledge to everyone yoga or meditation and teach yoga for all abilities.
I am a 200 hr RYT, Accessible Yoga certified, and have 5+ years of experience working with individuals of all bodies. I also specialize in motor and sensory movement. This allows me to meet a variety of needs based on each individual.
