About Michael
My associates and I have trained with professional players and athletes from around the world. I teach and train all ages and levels. Improve fitness and boost self-esteem to to enhance your day to day lifestyle.
Seeing students improve with every lesson and creating lasting relationships.
I started teaching young children from ages 4-6, then from 8-11 years old, without any equipment and with parents spectating. It was an amazing experience that I try to emulate every lesson.

Working the basics from prehab to peak performance. Teaching technique first then to physical exercise.
From beginner to professional.
Look for a teacher that will care about the student, and of course have the knowledge to teach. A good teacher would look at the individual's needs and characteristics to make a good analysis. Of course documenting progress along the way is a must, otherwise what is there to compare? Enthusiasm and promptness is important as well.
A recent event I am fond of is giving my first lesson my grandmother. She was able to push past her boundaries and I would like to think she still does today.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
The student should have goals as to the level they want to achieve and how long they are looking achieve it. Even if the goal is soley to move everyday, it depends on the individual student.
