About Molly
Yoga can be a transformational practice that connects one's mind, body and spirit to the outside world.
MRG Yoga was created by Molly Green, RYT-200. MRG stands for meditation, restoration, and growth.
Molly creates a safe space for private lessons, group classes, workshops and retreats for students to experience their personal practice and transformation.
I started practicing yoga in college. While completing my graduate degree, I was taking a summer off from school and working full time. I came across a yoga teacher training and knew it was right for me. I have always loved yoga and wanted to share its benefits.
I completed my Yoga teacher training at Mind the Mat in Arlington, Virginia. I am a certified RYT-200.

Private lessons run from $60 for 30 minutes, to $100 for 60 minutes. Private mediation sessions are $30 for 30 minutes.
Rates for private groups (birthday parties, team building, etc) varies depending on the number of people attending and the length of the session.
