About Julia
I enjoy yoga and any kind of relaxing thing, that keeps my mind concentrate and give me opportunities to develope myself inside and out. I would like to find people who keep in their mind goal to live their lives more healthy, more succesfully, more buityfully, and excitement. I would like to share with them these knowleges, and help to improve their lives.
I was learning yoga y about 12 years. I learnt it with different practices and different teachers. My best practice was in Russia, with the proffesional trener.
It is gives me time to spend with my soul, and my body, and keeps me energetic, keeps my mind organized. It gives me feeling of calm, relax in any time of the day, also let me do more every day for my family, and my friends.
I was full of enthusiasm to share with people ability to manage of mood, capability to concentrate on yourself, help to reach goals, and control stress. I consider, it is very important to help yourself to remain succesful and confident in a modern world.

The main step is greet and know person, figuring out goals, identify wishes and work on them step by step. It is very important, if people, who want to work with me, has a different levels of physical training. For beginners it is going to be step by step involvenment in a yoga world, with easy to understand and do exercises, trying meditations and mood trainings.
I worked basicly with middle-age people, from 33-40 years, people with older age, 50-55 years, had experience to work with kids 5-12 years.

It is depend from quantity of people. If it is personal training, i offer 20 dollars for 1 lesson, and 40 dollars for next lessons. If it is going to be a group of people, it is will cost 10 dollars from person for first lesson, and 20 dollars for next lessons.
