About Cassidy
My teaching is solely about leading student into into their bodies and their personal practice. Always offering approachable and unique ways to be fully present in your flow! I am a RYT-200 certified yoga instructer and have experience with students new to the practice as well as experienced yogis!

Class was very inviting. Flow throughout the class was smooth, with some increased pace towards the end that got my body feeling it! Excited to go back again.
Lots of great new positions
I love going to Cassidy's classes. They are unique and different than other vinyasa classes I have taken. Cassidy incorporates a lot of yoga history and yoga foundation into her teaching. She is very welcoming and makes her students feel comfortable and safe!
I really enjoyed this particular yoga experience because Cassidy was so personable and inclusive. She did an excellent job keeping our whole class up to speed in our movements and breaths while describing their benefits in ways that were easy to understand. I left her class feeling very refreshed, satisfied and just overall delightful!
Cassidy always offers modifications to help anyone through a flow. Very lighthearted and easy to understand makes for a good practice for me!
