Upswing Wellness will guide you in fostering a mind-body connection that will help you rekindle a positive relationship with yourself. Learn to love yourself again! Find health through a weekly escape from stress and reunite with your body, mind and spirit. We work both in-person and remotely via webcam with those across the country.

My coaching and instruction is a distillation of my own life journey. I specialize in helping those with chronic pain and anxiety because they are issues I struggled with for most of my life.
I eventually decided to take responsibility for my health after years of chronic illness and once I overcame it, I was inspried to help others who suffer from these same issues.
