About Angela
I first work within the student's current abilities. Every small writing accomplishment is praised and leads to higher-level assignments. I push forward after each lesson is mastered. Grammar is only the beginning. Persuasive and compelling writing styles are fostered and with an emphasis on vocabulary, structure, and flow.

I first evaluate the student's current writing level and needs. I then assign a topic of interest to the student and let them write a few paragraphs. Through google docs, I make suggestions to correct grammar and flow. The student then goes through the document and corrects their work according to the suggestions, and a discussion about the edits. I help with writing assignments from school, review the basics, and then move on to persuasive and creative writing using the same simple techniques. The student's work consists of vocabulary building and engaging assignments.
