About Joshua
Language teaching is one of my passions! As a teacher with over 10 years of experience, I enjoy working with people in order to help them overcome difficulties in learning English.
When I'm not teaching language, I enjoy studying other languages. I speak Spanish, Japanese, and French. I'm also studying Polish and Tagalog, and understand some Mandarin Chinese. I believe my experience in learning languages also helps me to assist my students in learning English.
In addition to language learning, I also enjoy traveling, watching movies, reading books, playing video games, and watching ice hockey.

I focus on the student's needs, so I'm able to personalize my lessons for every student. My most popular lesson type is: CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH - Together, we look at some sort of 'real' material (newspaper article, video, podcast, etc.), and discuss the contents in a real conversation.
I also have students who want to focus on professional English (business, medical, etc). No matter what your goal is, I want to work with you to build a plan to reach it. :)
