About Beatriz
Hello!
(Kids 10 and up and Adults only please)
Whether you're looking to learn to swim or sign up for an ironman, improving your technique will render amazing results. I have been coaching for over 10 years and have helped swimmers of all ages and abilities. We will customize your lesson and work at a pace that best suits you. Best of all, you will leave with homework so you can work at it on your own.
Swimming is a lifelong sport. It is great for every human system and learning to do it properly will make it fun and render a huge satisfaction. It is also a big calorie burner for those looking to drop a few lbs.
