Engaged with them first, get to know their interest and the way they love to learn, also desing an specific way to learn, in order to learn for a lifetime not just for the moment.
since Elementary school to high school
Look for a teacher you feel comfortable with, someone that can make you feel comfortable because when you have that feeling everything becomes way more easy, plus look for a creative teacher in that way you will never feel bored to learn.

She's very dinamic, patient and super friendly. A great teacher!
She had a lot of patience. And the way she taught was always full of love and new ways to learn.
I remember that it was funny and entertainful to learn with Lilly.
The best in elementary school.Lilly was more than a teacher, she taught me that English is learned in different ways, not everyone learns the same, she is the best!
She is a great teache and nice person.
Was so careful and she sown too much patient with us during more than 5 years. Teaching clearly and effectively!
