I would sit on the piano and hear the student's range and tone. After warming up their voice, we go over some exercises to get their resonance in the best shape. After that, we work on ear training, and last we start preparing songs for their repertoire (could be Pop, Brodway or Classical).

Working with Paul Hoyle was an absolute pleasure. He was so professional and easy to work with. It was actually my first time in the music booth to record and he made me feel real comfortable and directed me with ease which really just took all the nerves away. My experience recording with Paul will never be forgotten. I truly enjoyed working with him and I see our musical friendship lasting for a long time. Overall, there's nothing but nice and awesome things to say about Paul Hoyle!
