About Sara
Welcome! I am a vocal instructor, performer, and a recent graduate of UNC Greensboro with a Master of Music in Vocal Performance. Along with performing with opera companies, ensembles, and churches throughout North Carolina, I have found distinct joy teaching singers across a wide range of ages and skill levels for the past five years.
I believe that emphasizing vocal health and having an in-depth understanding of the vocal mechanism are both essential in creating a nurturing relationship with each student and their unique instrument. I take particular pride in helping young singers develop a solid technical foundation that they can use across musical genres.
Because I currently only offer online lessons, I can be fairly accommodating with scheduling around school and extracurriculars.
