About Victoria
Hi! My name is Victoria Bullock and I am a vocal coach in Findlay. I have some weekday slots available. Come and check me out!
My focus is to remove all tension from your voice (no sounding like Daffy Duck like the pop queens), how to breathe properly and how to exhale properly (breath control). You will learn how to get your tongue out of the way so your body can resonate properly and air can move through your phrase, resulting in volume you'd never dreamed that you had!
This technique is hundreds of years old and has been proven in every genre. It is called "Bel Canto", which is singing like you speak -- IF you speak correctly (lately, a vocal fry is unbelievably fashionable, so I'll have to show you how to get out of your throat first.) Personally, since I was taught this technique in 1996, I have never had an easier time singing, and I have so much control that I can get back to what singing is for -- to be a storyteller and to convey that story to the audience. Let's get to the words and stop fooling around with stressing about high notes and volume!
