About Ken
Bringing more than forty years of self - defense , fitness and international competition experience. Ken DeMile offers unique programs in the areas of functional fitness and nutrtion, military Combatives , gun safety, defensive shooting and weapon retention, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, the science of Bruce Lee's fighting concepts and HiiT Fitness training, along with cutting edge software tracking technology for shooting accuaracy and striking power to empower and prepare men and women for the "what if" self-defense scenario and the trials of life.
