Students learn how to safely defend themselves from real world situations.
Have you ever had a man grab your wrist in a club? A stranger hold your body in a bear hug? Or worse? like being choked or held down on the ground?
Four weeks with my class and you will be in control in all of these situations and more!
20 years of Martial Arts Training in multiple styles.
Including Tae Kwon Do, American Kickboxing, Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jui Jitsu.
