About Milton
I offer one on one fitness training focusing on weight lost, toning, conditioning, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, functional movements and boxing training for health or self defense. I offer diet tips and healthy eating strategies. I make fitness easy by teaching basic fitness for the body type of WHO i am training at the time. With Who you will find the reason why and the reason is you! That's Who!
I have over 15 years experience in fitness and health. I have taught the love of fitness from all over the United States and Canada. I am known for helping anyone achieve his or her preferable body type or mindset. I will not only help you achieve your goals by demonstration but I will also be your one on one support person. I have studied kinesiology, nutrition, and self movement dynamic. I want to teach all who is onboard to know all the raw fitness knowledge I have. I was also a professional boxer and have skills that can work in to everyday activity such as self awareness and defense. I love what I do because I love seeing people becoming more confident and excited about life through healthy habits! Fitness is a lifestyle that will build you into WHO you want to see and How you want to feel. Thank you and I'm looking forward to working with Who! Who is You!

First, I set up an appointment to go over goals for the client. I have clients fill out a form about what he/she wants to achieve. Next, I set up an assessment. I do a short workout to see where the client is and assess where he/she wants to be. I then create a schedule based on an individual assessment.

Always pushes you to keep going but also teaches you what you need to know (like the important muscles to work and not to overwork yourself) 10/10 would recommend
What I like most was that he made fitness fun and also educated me on why I was using each machine and what it did. Plus helped me with a meal plan. Before I knew it I was losing weight and didn't even realize how much weight I had lost because I was having so much fun. Five stars!!!
Very positive Nd good attitude
Took the time to explain about the body and each muscle ,how build each muscle and what not to prevent injuries. Very knowledgeable person, we did all of this before we touched any weights or exercise equipment.
His teaching techniques were hard but gainfully painful 😂
Wonderful communication about my needs and where I want to be! During this pandemic I have sat still and his patience and encouragement gets me moving everyday. Thank you, thank you
