About Brian
My mission is to make sure everyone gets home safe! As a lifelong martial artist, it became very apparent to me that martial arts was not teaching me what I need to know for a real world violent attacker. I discovered reality based self-defense and haven't looked back. Your safety is a top priority for me, and it should be for you as well. From verbal assaults, to life threatening violence, I will give you the skills you need to get home safe!
I love working with people to achieve their self defense goals. There's nothing more rewarding than watching someone become empowered and confident, knowing that they an protect themselves and their lives ones should the situation arise.
I found out really fast on the streets fighting, that traditional martial arts training doesn't work for the reality of violence. That's when I started training in reality self-defense defense. It's my passion to make sure everyone goes home safe, and that's why I teach.
Lifelong martial artist, certified COBRA Self-Defense Systems instructor, certified COBRA Fighting Systems instructor and Black Belt, real world fighting experience against multiple attackers, knives, guns and blunt force objects.

We find out why you are looking for self-defense training, what if any experience you have with training first. Then we work out a comprehensive curriculum to meet your needs. We then discuss it with you and set up a schedule that works best for you.
I have worked with everyone from children and women, to combat veterans and wheelchair bound people.

Brian, held a self defense class at small gym. He is very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He was very engaging in getting the class participants to understand and practice not only the concepts but also the actual mechanics of defending oneself from a variety of real world scenarios.

I took Brian’s self defense class years ago with my two daughters. I was very happy with the classes and the level of training we received! It was a professional environment, the classes were fun but tough and there were evenings we left so exhausted and sore! It helped me feel better and safe because one of my daughters had just started driving and I was worried about her coming home in the evenings by herself. Plus we met some great people in class that we still consider friends!
