About Carrie
I pride myself on coaching each athlete as an individual. As a lifelong runner, I have personal purposes and goals for running. However, I realize that each athlete is an individual as has specific needs and goals, and these can vary widely
My goal as a coach is to help each client reach their personal running/training/fitness goals. Although I am a long distance runner, I also have coached middle school cross country and high school track. I pride myself on being willing to provide my clients with what they are wanting/needing from training sessions.
Lastly, and most importantly, I hope to foster the love of running in my clients so that this sport will remain a lifelong activity that leads to health and happiness.
I enjoy working with runners of all levels and all distances. To me, running is a very personal sport and every individual seeks to gain something different out of it. Running serves to be more than for one's physical well-being, but to their emotional and mental health as well. I strive to help each of my clients feel these health benefits as while reaching their potential and develop a real love of running.

Perfect! I needed some motivation and guidance during COVID-19 social distancing. Carrie offered online help, suggestions, workout plans and check-ins which have helped keep me focused. As a beginner, her plans are manageable, while also offering a good challenge and progression.
