About David
Form is Function. I specialize in running technique and force production for increased performance!
I work with athletes of all ages accross every sport imaginable. I love to see the progress that all of my athletes make and the joy on their faces when they hit a particular goal.
As I was running track at DePauw University, I obtained my BA in Kinesiology. I followed that up by getting my MS in Exercise and Nutrition Science.

Individual Training: $55/Hour, $50/Hour (6 session package)
