About Amie
I help runners with a Marathon or Ultrarunners reach their goals by avoiding injuries, improper training and burnout, and enabling your best training, holistically.
Do you want to be in your best condition with running? Then let's do this!
You get a coach with five national distance run coaching certifications plus 30 years' experience. I'll help you achieve your biggest goals, as I've personally done: I've broken three world records for running marathons on all continents, qualified for Boston and the World Marathon Majors multiple times as well as the Western States 100-mile Ultra. I've also placed in, won or broken the course record in distances from the 5k to ultramarathon.

It's my mission to make you the best marathon or ultra runner you can be. I'm also certified as a holistic health coach so you get more than the average running coach.
You actually get two coaches in one for optimized distance run training that focuses on the whole YOU. In this way, you get to your best performance, healthfully.
This helps you avoid injury and be held accountable, but you'll also see that when everything is working together to support your goal, you get your best running - and you feel great too.

I came to Amie to coach me for a marathon after having worked with a different coach who had overtrained me. I wanted to qualify for Boston but not kill myself! She developed a plan that made me faster over time, and we made my goal. She actually also worked with me on weight loss, which helped as well. She is kind and understanding but will also hold you accountable to your plan. She's a great coach and person.
