Aliyah is a great coach. She quickly understands the deficiency of the running style of the athlete and will implements easy fixes and then move to long term muscle memory to allow them to utilize during their regular running.
Aaliyah is a very good coach. From fundamentals to strategy we were consistently impressed with the training our daughters received. They improved their running form as well as their speed.
Track training life provided a great training experience and made me excited about getting in shape!
