About Gerald
I provide a very personalized approach to every person I encounter. The person is analyzed on their abilities and a plan is devised based on my observations. Been running for nearly 42 years!! Lots of experience behind all my running and coaching.
I get to touch peoples lives in a different way.
Always have been since I can remember with running mostly at first with marathons and 5k/10k programs.
USAT Cerfication - which covers swimming, biking, running that is often great for improving athletes of all abilities and strengths.

Assessment:
1. Goals/Any past or current injuries - where do they want to go
2. Current fitness level/form assesment - done with video taping and playback
3. Evaluation - What do I see and how will this impact getting to the goals on the table.
4. Simple actions to improve towards goal - Form -> Efficiency -> Speed! Will provide form improving tools and drills to increase efficiency first. That will lead to speed if that is part of the goals.
Beginner all the way to Boston qualifiers in running.
Same with triathlon beginners all the way to IM championships(70.3 and full)
I would encourage a student to see if the personalities match and inspire. Top quality is feedback not only from the student but from the coach. How does this process take place.
IM Puerto Rico 70.3 - Tough course but I had some difficulty during the event I worked through to still have a great day for me.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What are they willing to do to achieve their goals?
If teacher asks them to train 20hr a week and they are only willing to give 10hr a week then communications need to take place to see if goal can be obtained but will just take longer.

** All sessions can be delivered in 30min increments as most times people buy 1hr but we meet for 2 30 minute session to get a chance to practice and come back.
