The 4 session coaching process I use has helped over 175 people get PAST their nerves, develop solid speaking fundamentals and rock their presentations! My coaching process is built from 5 years of formal speaking training as well as my own, 15+ years, speaking to audiences in business and life. I find great joy in helping people grow their speaking confidence and abilities. Public speaking is one of the most important skills you can develop. If done well, it impacts your confidence in life, at work and in your reputation with others! Over the long run, the ability to communicate effectively impacts your vocational life, which is often directly related to your income!
The most satisfying part of the work is watch your growth as a communicator and speaker in the workplace. So often, people come to coaching when 'something' is coming. I love helping people crush that 'something' whether it's an interview, presentation or just to have more confidence when speaking in the workplace.
I started doing various levels of public speaking almost immediately after college, and I got serious about improving my public speaking ability in 2005. In regards to coaching, I offered it informally to friends, and it evolved in to my 4 session curriculum that I use today for Speaking Up Your Game.
I spent 5 years in public speaking training through Toastmasters and earned an Advanced Communicator Certification. In the past 15 years, I have given over 30 prepared talks to audiences ranging from 20 to 300 outside of work. I have also given countless presentations (largely using Power Point) in my work to C-suite executives at my employer, Coca-Cola. I also have both a background in Sales and Analytics. For many years, I helped people develop informally, and it eventually evolved in to the curriculum for Speaking Up Your Game!

1) A brief 15 minute phone call to discuss what you want to accomplish and what your speaking concerns are. I'll explain the details of how the coaching sessions run. It also gives you a chance to ask me any questions and ensure you feel we're a good fit. There's ZERO cost and ZERO future commitment for this time. This also allows me to begin customizing the sessions to your needs and desires. 2) If we move to coaching, we meet for 40 minute sessions. The sessions are conducted through Zoom video conferences. Each session, there will be a small assignment to prepare. The sessions and coaching feedback build on one another to keep you improving and using specific tools to grow your confidence! 3) After each session, I send you a recap of the coaching points as well as the details of your next assignment. Certainly, if you have questions in between, I'm available to connect.
I can best help clients who are developing one of the following: 1) Building Speaking Fundamentals and Confidence 2) Delivering Business Presentations (using Power Point) 3) Inspiring Talks 4) Interviewing 5) Speeches to Honor Someone (Best Man, Eulogy, or a speech when you've just GOT to deliver)
Do you get extremely nervous? Stomach turning anxious? You're not alone! This investment in yourself has someone come alongside you and help you learn the tools to ensure you deliver when it counts! When someone can stand up and deliver a solid presentation - a clear point with no major distractions, it's amazing the amount of respect they are given by their peers. I believe developing your public speaking through getting feedback for yourself will absolutely have financial payoffs in the long run for you.

Details
The sessions are $60 each, and I offer a 4 session package for $225. The 4 sessions aren't required... maybe after 3 sessions, you're good! In the past, 4 sessions with specific feedback has been life altering to a person's skills and confidence! After your time, you will know how to walk PAST the nerves, create a solid message or presentation and then rock your delivery!
