About Jen
Personalized Pilates classes can be done alone or with a partner. The studio is equipt with 2 reformers, a Stability Chair and TRX. I have been teaching pilates for 17 years and am certified through Physical Mind Institute and TRX. Over the years I worked with all body types, abilites, injuries and ages. Some workshops that I have completed are: pre/post-natal, pelvic floor rehab, scoliosis, hypermobility, and many more that are specific to the Pilates repertoire.
I am very passionate about this work and believe it is one of the best investmant someone could make in themselves. To me, Pilates is about longevity and quality of life. This work is very versitial and I can help you get what your body needs out of each session.
