About Mojy
group classes are like personal classes. It's a boutique pilates studio and it's all about helping my clients feel good about themselves and achieving their goals.
When I see the students strength improve within weeks and they see they can do it, it's the biggest satisfaction. Also when I help people with physical issues, getting them back to health and helping them feel good about themselves that's when I know I'm in the write place and business. I'm here to help! Doing this for 15 years and having certifications not only in Pilates but FRC, TPI and other certifications about the body, it gives me satisfaction to solve the puzzle that is the body! Each body is different with its own issues, and I'm lucky enough to be able to help most!
I had a slipped disk at the age for 21. I was told I may have to operate on my back. I started doing pilates, and have not needed to seen a surgeon for my back since. I wanted to share what I know with others in my sotuation and save them from back pain.
I have all Balance body trainings in all equipments. TPI for physical training for Golfers. PRI and FRC.

If it's a private I check the posture and walking of my student. We talk about their goals and, I tell them what to do to keep safe in any Exercise. Then we start working out on the reformer according to their needs. If it's a group I ask new students to come 15 min earlier to show them The necessary things to know before a workout is started. Then I correct them as needed the whole time.
From the age of 7-70 with all different kinds of needs from structural issues to needing to improve in their chosen competitive sport.

Make sure they are a seasoned instructor and you like their form of teaching. And most of all you get along with them!
