About Nicole
We are the experts at delivering the original Pilates method as it was intended by the man who created it. Our mentor, and staff member, Jay Grimes, trained directly with Joe Pilates and he continues to pass on his knowledge to us.
All of us at Strong Body Pilates have experienced the transformative effects of the Pilates system.
We work with those from all walks of life, whether you’re looking to prevent injury, improve athletic performance or simply move through life without pain. You too can transform, with a regular practice with us.
Strong Body Pilates is an education center for aspiring instructors and certified teachers looking to fine-tune their skills.
Our studio is fully equipped with the gold standard in classical Pilates apparatus from Gratz™ industries and the Balanced Body® Contrology® line.
