About Darci
IM=X Pilates Studio is an innovative fitness, pilates, and back care system which takes a new generation of pilates reformers and workouts to a new level. IM=X is a cross conditioning system that includes pilates reformer training but adds resistance and plyometric jumps so you can tone up and lose inches quickly. Anyone can train in this method: those on oxygen, elderly, back recovery patients, those with neurological challenges such as MS and Parkinson’s. I welcome everyone.
I started teaching fitness in 1986 as part of my responsibilities as a soldier. I was stationed at Fort Hood , Texas, and taught fitness as an alternative to running.
i am an advanced certified pilates instructor, a master trainer and a certified personal trainer. I also have been in fitness since 1986.
