About Kassandra
I've taught Zumba for the last 8 years and Pilates for 4 years. I have a passion for fitness and wellness and want to help individuals acheive their goals. I have a certification in group fitness and personal trainer.
I enjoy helping women acheive their health and fitness goals. I also enjoy seeing them meet their goals as women and be able to live life to the fullest.
I got started teaching because of my own fitness journey. I was overweight and sick and tired of making excuses for myself. So I took several fitness classes, lose 60lbs and love it so much I decided I wanted to teach and help others.
I am a certified group fitness instructor so I can teach several types of group classes. I am also CPR and First Aid trained.

I first like to sit down with a new student to see what their goals are. Then we work on how to acheive them together. If it is a group teaching Dance Fitness, we just go in and dance ourselves into a sweat. Everyone goes at their own pace.
All types. Elderly, obese, those recovering from injuries etc.
