For 25 years I have had the pleasure of helping people implement fitness and wellness programs that enhance the quality of their lives.
1993: Received Group Fitness Certification through Bethesda Corporate Health Services after serving in the Account Management field for 17 years. Went on to obtain various Certificatons and training in Personal Training via National Institute for Fitness and Sports, Amercican College of Sports Medicine, American Aerobic and Fitness Association of America, Balanced Body University. Have been an MJoy student since Summer 2016. Presently working toward MJoy Facilator Certification.
12 years coordinating University of Cincinnati, University Fitness Center Member Programs. Net Wellness Fitness Expert. Corporate and comercial experience training business executives, State and Federal Employees, High School and University Students including athletes. Leader of Specialty Work Site Corporate Fitness and Wellness Programs (Bethesda Corporate Health Services).
