Are you ready to learn piano in a way that feels peaceful, enjoyable, and stress-free? My Mindful Piano for Adults class blends piano basics with mindfulness practices to help you not only play beautiful music but also create moments of calm in your day.
With over 30 years of teaching experience and a background as a composer (my music is featured on Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, and Snapchat), I bring a creative and encouraging approach to every lesson. I’m also a Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, so your lessons go beyond just music—they support your overall well-being.
