About Pamela
I have a lovely studio in my home. Students enjoy the one on one privacy. It is a comfortable setting. I have a great keyboard to play on, and also a concert grand to practice for recital pieces.
I enjoy watching my students learn and grow. They develop a sense of pride and accomplishment. Each student has different goals in mind and I love to see them reach them and beyond. I have had a great many students of all ages and abilities. Everyone is unique!
I studied private piano lessons from age 5 till 35. I studied private voice lessons from age 15- 23. I have a bachelor degree in music education and a bachelor of fine arts degree in musical theater. I have been teaching since 1980. Classroom music, chorus, musicals, group voice and private piano and voice.

I determine the correct level of their abilities and choose books and materials for them to start with. In beginning lessons often they will play or sing something they already know. We talk about what they are interested in learning, what past experiences they've had and get started on new material.
