About Harvey
I am a recent gradutate of The University of Akron. I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Middle Level Education Science & Social Studies. I have student taught 8th grade Earth Science and 9th grade Physical Science. I have had a semester worth of teaching experience in the public school setting. Using a variety of technological resources, I have been able to engage students in activities, lab reports, and conduct assessments. There have been many instances where I have tutored students to help raise their overall grade and help them understand content.
I have had student teaching experience in teaching 8th grade Earth Science & 9th grade Physical Science. I also have had a semester of teaching experience in a public school setting. These experiences have improved my skills in teaching and tutoring.
