About me:
Hi and welcome to my 3d / artist portfolio.
My name is Kamal Kumar Nishad and I’m a CGI artist as well as Traditional painting artist too, with over 7+ years of professional experience in the CGI industry and Teaching field.
I am best in 3D Modeling, Texturing. Lighting , Animation, Rendering, VFX (Visual Effects), Sketching, Painting, Mehandi/Henna, Rangoli and Direction (story telling) work etc.
I am unable to walk, so use wheelchair most of the time. My friend Arjun lives with me, for helping me out and travelling too. We work in the same company. Arjun is a Graphic designer, Video editor, Compositor & VFX Artist.
I was born on 7th August of 1987 (in papers) and 26th August 1987 (in real).
My evolutionary road that has led me to my great passion for 3d art & Painting has looked like this:
First passion: Sketching & Painting. I’m still an active painter and sketching artist. I enjoy every second spent on it. I am successful too, being awarded as record holder of “Limca Book of Records” for “NON – STOP Portrait sketching 130 hours” in my country. LINK
My second passion is love towards computer and Multimedia field. I used to teach multimedia students, I do production (2D, 3D & film production etc) work and freelancing work here at this company, I used to work as an H.O.D. (head of department) of the branch for more than 5 years.
All of these passions got merged and created a supreme love – developing CGI Art.

I enjoy the work when I teach, when I work ... Because I know that what I am teaching, is going to help my students building his/her career in future.

I was teaching from the time when I was a student in the school.
I was good with my subjects so many students did come to me with their queries.
And I stared teaching professionally when I was in the college.
Now it's more than 8 years I am actively teaching and giving training in multiple classes

Then I know from where I should start teaching ..
I worked with many students, more than 1000 with different age groups from 5 - 80 years old.
Some of then are already teachers
Some of them are working professionally
Some of them are still college students
it's necessary to check the qualities of institution or teacher when you are going to learn something from.
Check their works, try to meet them and talk to them about your future goals. It will help you to understand the qualities of your future teacher.
But it's too important for the students to understand the lessons and must give lots of time to your practice, whatever you are learning.
Recently I taught some faculties of Arena Animation Institute.
It was a online teaching session to some teachers who are already working in the animation and teaching industry.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should think about the path and career goals of that field.
Students should ask about the future of that career where he/she is going to be a part of.
