About Brad
Starting out with a new DSLR can be daunting. There's so many options, products, and gimmicks. All you really want to do is take great photos!
I can teach you how to do that, and with practically any camera. The common misconception is that a good camera will allow you to take good photos, but there's much more to it than that.
You'll learn, first of all, how to shoot in manual mode. The science of exposure can get confusing, but by doing you will learn.
Second I'll teach you multiple lighting techniques. Light is everywhere. It's even free! You don't have to spend a boat load of money to be a great photographer. Learning different was to light a subject will add the most pop to a photo.
Last, but certainly not least, I'll teach you some compositions. Composition can be puzzling, but it's the secret ingredient to a stand out image.
Before you go out and waste money on products you won't need, take some lessons with me. I've been a professional freelance photographer for 5 years and counting. I've shot weddings, babies, and families for years but I really found my niche in personal branding and commercial photography. Portraits and Portrait lighting, as well as Photoshop are my specialty.
