About Emma Leigh
I am a student-athlete in Arizona. I am currently studying kinesiology so I can go to a physical therapy school for my doctorate. I have obtained my personal training certification from ISSA and I am also a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. I offer online personal training as well as at-home or in-gym training for specific individuals.
I love helping people create healthy, sustainable lifestyles. Too often, people struggle to feel and look equally good because they think they have to do ridiculous workouts/diets to achieve their goals. I want to show you a better way!

Not only did Emma-Leigh support me with lifting but she also provided education through eating habits as well. She was very good at motivating me through lifts and being a stickler on my form. It was also very refreshing to have a female trainer because she understood the differences between women’s and men’s bodies. I also love that her and I share the same religious beliefs and we could not only talk about a healthy lifestyle but incorporating God into it as well.
