James Camastra Personal Training, founded in 2017 and based in Wantagh, NY, offers professional personal training services. With over 20 years of experience, advanced certifications, and an MS in exercise science, the company specializes in functional resistance training and traditional weight training focusing on core strength and muscular balance. They also offer small group training, mountain bike training and sport-specific strength, and conditioning for adolescents and adults. In response to the Covid-19 pandemic, they have introduced virtual remote training at significantly reduced rates.
